About
Perception is reality. I've seen it from both sides.
Before I built websites, I spent years face to face with customers. At Tahoe's resorts and rental docks, and running a sales department, the job was the same: read people fast, take care of them, and make them want to come back. That's still the job. A website is just the first person your customer meets.
In 2020, the live music industry went dark almost overnight. I was producing events and coordinating crews with Emerald Bass, a music collective in the middle of it. Keeping a scene alive when the normal ways of reaching people disappeared put me on the front edge of how audiences find things, and what makes them show up.
Exposure Syndicate is where those two things meet. Customer care plus knowing how to get noticed.
The syndicate
It's not a team. It's me and the businesses I work with. When you sign on, you're in the syndicate. You get my number, my attention and my work, start to finish.
